Great product, super fast shipping! Aug 08, 2010
I expected the shipping to take a little longer than a week, since I selected normal. I'm not sure if this was because it shipped from a bordering state, but I got this product the very next day!
Overall, it worked well and was fun for everyone who was making sushi with me (we did it in a group). I'm not a professional sushi chef or anything, so I'm not sure if these are "authentic" or whatever, but they looked great and worked great for my purposes. Thanks!

This was wonderful investment. Bamboo mat came with wooden paddle which was very good quality, except the mat. It doesn't interfere with performance, but could be better, that's why I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, I'm pleased with a purchase. Shipping was fast too.

cheap and good and of course it does a great job.. Hint, make sure u wrap it w/ a plastic wrap so rice won't go through the mat because bacteria goes in.

I bought this along with a book and rice cooker to give my boyfriend for a present. We've made sushi a few times now, and this roller is really all you need to create perfectly good rolls, even if you've never rolled sushi before. The price is nice, and it does exactly what it is meant to do. No need to buy some expensive kit.

I got a late start on Christmas and ordered a sushi bowl, mat and paddle only one week before the big day. I was surprised and delighted to find it all arrived by Tuesday of the following week using standard shipping. The products are a big hit with my wife who loves to entertain and does a great job making sushi for family and friends. If you're a sushi adventurist, I highly recommend this product.
